Using AI for soft skills training

L&D and AI Strageist, Scott Provence, joins us to explore the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in soft skills training, focusing on enhancing communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Scott will discuss methods to quantify soft skills, using supervised and unsupervised machine learning, and practical AI applications as a coach and conversationalist in instructional settings. He'll cover benefits of AI-driven tools for creating personalized learning experiences and the importance of combining AI with traditional methods to bridge skill gaps across different workforce generations.

You'll learn how to:

  1. Employ empirical methods to quantify, measure, and standardize soft skills
  2. Utilize AI and LLMs to enhance instructional content and provide situation-specific conversation practice
  3. Understand supervised and unsupervised learning techniques in developing soft skills
  4. Implement AI for providing feedback and assessing competencies in real-time
